I Respect Your View, But …

I respect your view but it ain't mine. My view is my view, good or bad. It should not be your view but it is information that you should hear and process so you can either keep it or lose it as your view. Only if you want. If you don't want to take in my view then don't. All of it is your choice and should be made freely.

My view is not an attack on your view. It's my view. It is a means of stimulation of the thought processes. It is a means of creating possibilities, for me and hopefully for you. If you feel I am attacking you, get over it cause I ain't attacking nobody.

If you fear or feel angst cause of what I am posting then don't come visit or read them as I don't do this to make anyone feel fear or anger. Get over it.

My views and postings may be just the opposite of what you view and believe as truth. My truth is not your truth and maybe your truth is not mine. I can hear your view and decide for myself. I don't read your views for any other reason but to find something that turns a light on in my head. Your view may be mostly not my view but it only takes one sentence that turns on a light. I won't get angry or fear your view is going to cause me angst. It might be something that brings about change. All views are good.

I respect your view, but it ain't necessarily mine. That is cool! I hope you can respect my view, but remember that it ain't yours and it ain't meant to say your view is not a good one. All views are good, they all serve a purpose. Your views may change my views and opinions and maybe mine will do the same for you. If not, what the heck it is fun.

Inspired by the podcast, "The Waterboy Effect" on 24 Fighting Chickens [loved it; worth the time to listen ;-)]
